For the AlUla World Archaeology Summit, we were responsible for the design and development of the event’s visual applications across key physical and functional touchpoints. The summit brought together global experts, researchers, and cultural leaders, requiring a design approach that balanced academic authority with refined, contemporary presentation.

Our work included creating branded event collaterals such as tote bags, bucket hats, luggage tags, airport pickup signage, vehicle branding, and parking permits. Each element was designed to reflect the summit’s identity while ensuring clarity, durability, and usability across travel, arrival, and on-ground experiences. We focused on consistency across all materials, allowing the branding to seamlessly travel with guests from arrival through to the event venues.

By working closely with the event production and operations teams, we ensured that every asset functioned effectively while contributing to a cohesive, globally-positioned visual experience that aligned with AlUla’s cultural significance and international standing.
